Offer of Appointment

With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to offer you provisional employment in the Company as a System Analyst/Clerk with effect from 11^th April, 2014.

Your annual salary shall be as follows:

Ø   Basic salary:                                       126,500.00

Ø   Housing Allowance:                          63,000.00

Ø   Transport allowance:                        63,000.00

Ø   Medical allowance:                           84,000.00

Ø   Meal Subsidy:                                    52,500.00

Ø   Utility                                                 31,512.00

You will be on probation for six (6) months but subject to review and extension at the absolute discretion of the Company.  During this period this appointment may be terminated with two (2) weeks’ notice pay in lieu of notice.

Upon confirmation, this appointment may be terminated by either party giving the other one month notice or payment of one basic salary in lieu notice.

While in the service of the Company you may be deployed to work in any section/location where your services may be required.

If you accept this offer, you are to sign and return a duplicate copy of this letter and the completed attached two (2) guarantors form not later than two weeks from the date of receipt.

Please, report to Finance/Admin Manager for your job assignments and responsibilities.
