SUSPENSION
LETTER FOR NEGLIGENCE OF DUTY
It has been
reported against you that, on 26/05/2014 due to your negligence of duty two
bearings in the Parker Crusher were damaged.
This act amounts to gross misconduct and indiscipline,
therefore, you are hereby placed on one (1) week suspension without pay with
the effect from today 27/05/2014.
Your suspension has been considered necessary in
order to maintain proper discipline in the Company.
